You are invited to an upcoming Yin Yoga workshop I will be hosting! Do you need to take time out to reset and go through yin poses you can do at home or in the gym to support mobility, recovery, healing and calm? If so, this is what we have planned:
– Journalling (includes a journal)
– Yin yoga poses/class for the gym/running (targetting big muscle groups – deltoids, traps, chest, tricep, biceps, abs, hips)
