You are invited to an upcoming Vin Yin Yoga workshop! Do you need to take time out to reset and go through vinyasa flow and yin poses you can do at home or in the gym to support mobility, recovery, help alleviate anxiety, healing and calm? This is what we have planned:
– Journalling (includes a journal)
– Vin Yin yoga and restorative poses/class for the gym/running (targetting big muscle groups – deltoids, traps, chest, tricep, biceps, abs, hips)
Vin refers to ‘vinyasa’ which translates to one breath, one movement. We will go through poses that help to warm the body and muscles through linking poses and flowing. Yin refers to longer holds, which we will go through together.
