3 day self-care challenge

It’s coming soon my friends…

Do you ever feel like you need some self-care and that you need to get away for a bit and rest?

Like you need a reset.

Perhaps you need to disconnect to reconnect.

Sometimes I get like that.

So, I’ll pack up and take off, switch up my routine, reset and then return grounded, settled, fresh and connected again. Regular movement, yoga, meditation helps me to start again and return to the day fresh.

…that is also what has prompted me to create a self-care routine themed around yoga and meditation for anyone who needs a reset. It’s coming soon. ☀ I’ll share on here once it’s live and ready to go. An offering – from my heart over to you so that you can potentially adopt some tools and yoga practices to support you on your journey to reset regularly.

Someone said to me – ‘No wonder you are a yoga teacher, you are so calm!’ I said, ‘Not always’

I am like you and everyone else around us experiencing ups and downs in life…that said, I make a big effort to regulate my nervous systems through a number of different strategies. A big one being yoga and creating a nourishing space at home and in places I choose to be part of…we all have choice, and let’s remember – we don’t have to stay in a state of hyperactivity. We can consciously choose self-care and to slow down. No one gets a medal for burning out or becoming unwell.

This is your reminder that you are your greatest teacher, and you have so much wisdom in your body, mind and spirit that is deserving of self-care! So, carve out some time this week for your self-care. However that looks for you.
