This is your chance to pause and reset.
If life has been feeling a bit too full, this workshop gives you space to slow down, move your body, and learn simple ways to feel more like yourself again.
No pressure, perfection or performing. Just practical yoga that helps.
What this is about
This isn’t about doing yoga like a magazine cover or an aesthetic Instagram grid.
It’s about:
- getting out of your head and back into your body
- learning flows and movements you can actually stick to
- creating a bit more space in your mind
You’ll be guided step-by-step, so you don’t feel rushed.
What you’ll learn
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- a simple, repeatable flow you can do at home. A flow of movements, sun salutations and surya namaskar A
- how to break down sun salutations so they finally make sense
- ways to use your breath to calm your nervous system
- gentle practices to help reduce anxiety and improve sleep
How the session will run
We’ll begin with a gentle vinyasa (sequence of breath based yogic movements and poses) flow to build warmth and help you reconnect with your body.
Then we’ll slow things right down with a yin yoga (slow yoga with longer holds) practice, holding poses for longer to release tension and properly unwind.
You’ll leave feeling:
- calmer
- clearer
- more grounded
…and with tools you can come back to anytime you need a reset.
This workshop is for you if:
- you feel overwhelmed or mentally busy
- you’re tired and need a reset
- you’ve tried yoga before but felt unsure
- you want something simple and realistic you can stick to
