Intro to yoga for busy folks with busy minds
Through this mini course, you will gain a workbook which covers 5 days of activity. With the workbook, you will gain:
- 4 x guided meditations for you to practice at home, at the gym or in a yoga studio/outdoors (written cues)
- 3 x yoga poses breakdown (written cues)
- 1 x introduction to meditation video
- 1 x introduction to yin yoga video
- Journal prompts
The intention is for this course is to plant the seed/the framework for you to start to develop your home yoga practice. These yogic tools and ancient wisdom is truly amazing… still relevant for life today, practiced historically in India.
This is for people who can’t make it to yoga classes for any reason….perhaps we are not in same region or times don’t match. Now, you can practice at home anytime!
I come from a corporate advertising experience – studied Communication Design and Strategic Advertising, loved creative side, disliked pace/lack of time to work on projects and burnout…. Changed to part-time work for several years, explored various career options, and worked in non-profit communications for the past few years. Yoga supported me to find my feet, both mentally and physically.
