The intention for this course is to plant the seed/the framework for you to start to develop your self-care practice consciously. Rather than looking at self-care when you are sick, burnt out or overwhelmed.

This is for people who can’t make it to a yoga class regularly or have put themselves on the backburner for a while – your time for self-care is now.
I understand what it is like to whiz through the day and then be too tired for gym, yoga, or activities you love, and zone out in front of tv or doomscroll. With a self-care practice, you can potentially have more energy as you are regularly nourishing yourself.
I come from a corporate advertising experience – studied Communication Design and Strategic Advertising, loved creative side, disliked pace/lack of time to work on projects and burnout…. Changed to part-time work for several years, explored various career options, and worked in non-profit communications for the past few years. Yoga supported me to find my feet and helped and still helps my mental health and wellbeing.
