I have never done yoga before, is that ok?
No experience necessary for my classes! You are welcome to join.
I'm nervous about starting!
Totally understandable when trying something new or unfamiliar. Have a go and step outside your comfort zone. You might love it! I aim to create a welcoming and playful space in yoga for people to explore what does and doesn’t feel good for their body and breath.
I am injured, can I still practice yoga?
We can always adjust your yoga practice to support you. Yoga has many different options available for practitioners.
I'm not super flexible, is that ok?
You don’t need to be flexible for yoga
My mind keeps wandering off in class! Is that ok?
That is so fine! Your brain is designed to think.
I'm too old for you. Is that ok?
I encourage you to keep moving! Yoga is great for us all as we age and supports movement, mobility, strength and mental health.
