What does the 4 Class Pack include?
- 15 minute Intention setting session to understand your yoga requirements, your history and what you would like to gain from the classes. Each class will be tailored to you and your personal requirements taking into account your intentions, history, injuries and personal circumstance.
- Session 1 (45 minutes): Introduction to yoga, key poses, breathing exercises
- Session 2 (45 minutes): Breathing exercises, Surya Namaskar A, personalised yoga poses for your intentions
- Session 3 (45 minutes): Breathing exercises, Surya Namaskar A and B, personalised yoga poses, journalling
- Session 4 (45 minutes): Breathing exercises, Surya Namaskar A and B, personalised yoga poses, journalling
Each session will build on the previous session. You will have exercises to complete through the week prior to the next session to start to cultivate your meditation and physical asana practice.
