- Find a comfortable seat
- Sit tall
- Soften and release your shoulders
- Allow your left palm to rest on your knee
- Bring you right palm facing up on your knee
- Take your thumb and index finger together
- Follow your breath
- Repeat “I am breathing in” as you inhale
- Repeat “I am breathing out” as you exhale
- Move your right thumb to the middle part of your middle finger
- Repeat
