Calm your breathing with this mantra breathing exercise

  • Find a comfortable seat
  • Sit tall
  • Soften and release your shoulders
  • Allow your left palm to rest on your knee
  • Bring you right palm facing up on your knee
  • Take your thumb and index finger together
  • Follow your breath
  • Repeat “I am breathing in” as you inhale
  • Repeat “I am breathing out” as you exhale
  • Move your right thumb to the middle part of your middle finger
  • Repeat
