Hi my dear community 🙂
Happy Valentine’s Day, lovers! It’s been a minute. Today I am thrilled to announce my new Self-care Guide is live and available from my new shop! The guide has been inspired by many conversations I have had with people from all walks of life through my work as a yoga teacher, conversations I have had whilst sharing with my community about mental health and wellness – the signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety and through conversations I have had with friends and family about self-care.
I frequently get asked “How long does it take to feel good again?”
Short answer: There is no definitive answer to this question because we are all so different and unique.
Long answer: We come together from different backgrounds, different body types, experiences, support networks, information levels and understanding about self-care. What works for one person won’t always work exactly the same for another person.
The intention behind this piece of work is to offer ideas on what you can do to find your way back to you to support your body, mind and spirit.
