Dedicated to you as my reader and dedicated to sharing with my community about well-being and small and practical steps you can take daily to support yourself. I’ve had friends say ‘Self-care seems so self-indulgent…it’s navel gazing…it’s pointless.’ I’m here to say – self-care is the doorway between where you are now and where you want to go.
