Kerrie Mann and I will be teaming up for the workshop! Kerrie and I trained together during our first 200 hours of yoga teacher training! We are hugely passionate about sharing self-care and yoga to build a self-care toolkit.
More about Kerrie
Kerrie is a Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher, busy health professional and taking care of her young family in Brisbane. I love Kerrie’s classes! I went to Kerrie’s Bowel Cancer Fundraiser yoga class recently and I was very relaxed and supported during practice! I didn’t want the class to end. 🙂 You are in for a treat if you join us at the workshop.
