Yoga advocacy

Am I the thoughts I think, the books I read or the words I speak?

I am my actions 

Sometimes the fight is not loud

Sometimes the advocate does not talk

Sometimes the warrior might not post about it on social media

Their ability to find strength in each day to fight for the cause that they feel passionately about

Their ability to feel the pain of what they see, fight for what they believe in and still have softness in heart to act with deep love

Allowing actions to speak

 

 

My question for you: How do you advocate for what you believe in? Whether you talk about it or not, you have great power to create change in each moment, each conversation and each action.
