What does perfection mean to you? Is it the perfect om, a perfectly still mind or balancing on 1 hand? For me yoga is a small part of what happens on the mat and largely what happens off the mat. There is perfection in imperfection and intention. The intention to find your balance point between gratitude with where you are and also you reaching into a comfortable discomfort and growth to give yourself and the world around you the best version of yourself.
